Terms of Service

An account is created at checkout together with your first credit purchase. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential; it must contain at least 8 characters. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the company you register on behalf of.

The platform is credit-based. One credit costs €0.10, and the minimum purchase is 50 credits. There are no subscriptions, trials or demo accounts. Prices in other currencies are converted from euro at the current daily reference rate at the moment of checkout.

Each service in your account has a published credit price and is charged when the service completes. Failed generations are not charged. Credits do not expire and are not transferable between accounts.

Bank transfer is currently the available payment method. Bank details are emailed immediately after the order is placed, and credits are released to your balance once the transfer clears. Card, PayPal and Stripe payments will be enabled at a later date.

You keep all rights to the images and files you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver the requested visualizations. You own the generated outputs and may use them commercially, provided you hold the rights to the source material.

Use of the platform is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that breach it, that attempt to circumvent credit accounting, or that place the service or other users at risk.

We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms. Unused credits linked to a confirmed payment may be refunded under the Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which Wingflower is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
