Refund Policy

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of the payment being confirmed. The refund covers the credits still in your balance, calculated at €0.10 per credit and paid back in the currency of the original transaction.

Credits already consumed by a completed service are not refundable, because the visualization has been delivered. Failed generations are never charged and therefore never require a refund.

An order that is still awaiting a bank transfer can be cancelled at any time at no cost. Simply reply to the order email or write to [email protected] and we will close the order.

If a service produces an unusable result due to a fault on our side, we re-run it at no charge or return the credits to your balance. Report the issue within 30 days of the generation.

Email [email protected] from the address on the account, quoting your order reference. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original bank account within 10 business days. Bank charges applied by intermediary institutions are outside our control.

Where a promo code reduced the purchase price, the refund is calculated on the amount actually paid, not the list price.
